Kevin D'Aprile is a Sr. Recruiter at SAP. We called Kevin and asked him some questions about Pluggio.
“I'm a sourcing recruiter working for SAP. I source candidates for open positions that need to be filled. I use Twitter to help me find and connect with potential candidates.”
“I use Friend Finder to find possible candidates. What I really like is that Friend Finder gives me the ability to add friends by zip code. For example, if I'm working on cloud architect roles in Paolo Alto I can seek out people on Twitter in that zip code Tweeting about 'Amazon', 'ec2', or 'hadoop'. That's how I build my network. I schedule 8-10 tweets a day per account. If I had to stay online and Tweet all day I wouldn't get any work done. Pluggio works for me even when I'm not online. Being able to instantly switch between 5 accounts and push Tweets onto the rolling schedule is a huge time saver. I use Pluggio's bit.ly integration to see exactly how many people click links I post. It makes it very easy to track and helps me understand what needs to be optimized in my funnel.”
“I prefer the Pluggio interface. I run five accounts and Pluggio is much easier for that. I don't like the large dashboard type apps where it's hard to focus in and see what's going on. I can quickly focus in on what's important which saves me time and money. I like the way Pluggio has one tweet stream with the ability to click and instantly switch accounts. Sometimes I introduce people to the concept of Twitter. When I do, I use Pluggio because it isn't such a visual overload.”
“I can do what I'm doing now for free on other sites, but Pluggio saves me so much time it's well worth the money. I'm a lot more consistent with my marketing efforts which is also very valuable.”
